When you register for a piano master class or competition, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
The collection of these data is carried out,

  • to identify you as a participant;
  • to correspond with you;
  • to manage and process the registrations.
The data processing is based on your request and is necessary under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the stated purposes for the adequate handling of your registration and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the contractual relationship.

3. Transfer of Data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right:

  • pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us;
  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay;
  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to request the restriction of processing of your personal data;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller.
